PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a solid oxide fuel battery cell with high manufacturing yield and excellent durability equipped with an element diffusion preventing layer between a solid electrolyte layer and an oxygen electrode layer with element diffusion from the oxygen electrode layer to the solid electrolyte effectively restrained and exfoliation between the element diffusion preventing layer and the oxygen electrode layer due to difference of thermal expansion coefficient effectively prevented.
SOLUTION : Of the solid oxide fuel battery cell provided with the solid electrolyte, the oxygen electrode layer formed on one side of the solid electrolyte layer with an interposition of the element diffusion preventing layer, and a fuel electrode layer formed on the other side of the electrolyte layer, the element diffusion preventing layer consists of a compound oxide containing at least one kind of rare-earth element and Zr, and is a porous layer with a porosity of not less than 30%. |
