PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an inexpensive ferrite magnet exhibiting excellent magnet characteristics even in a composition region where Fe2O3 is richer than in the stoichiometric composition, and to provide its manufacturing method.
SOLUTION : The ferrite magnet comprises a single phase of magneto-plumbite type crystal structure represented by a formula (A1-xRx)O-n[(Fe3+1-yFe2+y)2O3].
