PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an Ag-base alloy film for electromagnetic shielding having excellent electromagnetic shielding properties without deteriorating visible light transmission characteristics and also having superior Ag cohesion resistance and also to provide an electromagnetic shielding laminate having the Ag-base alloy film.
SOLUTION : The-Ag base alloy film for electromagnetic shielding is formed of an Ag-base alloy containing 0.1 to 2.0 atomic%, in total, of one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Bi, Sc, Y and rare earth elements and has ≤20 nm film thickness and ≤40 nm average grain size at a surface. The Ag cohesion resistance can be improved to a greater extent by further adding 0.3 to 3.0 atomic%, in total, of one or more elements selected from the noble metal elements consisting of Au, Pt, Pd, Rh, Ru, Ir and Os. |
