PURPOSE : A method for disposing waste matter of reconstruction on the spot and an apparatus therefor are provided to improve practical application property and minimize the amount of reclamation waste by separately sorting waste matter in multistage on the reconstruction spot and decreasing size of grains of recycling aggregates. CONSTITUTION : In sorting waste matter removed from the reconstruction spot, the method for disposing waste matter of reconstruction on the spot comprises the processes of crushing the waste matter poured into a hopper(1) to a certain size in a jaw crusher(2) so that metals are sorted from the crushed waste matter on a magnetic conveyor(3); separately transferring earth, sand and small sized crushed waste matter to a side conveyor of the lower part of the centrifugal machine(5) from a centrifugal machine(5) that is formed of a rubber net through a belt conveyor(4), thereby separating earth, sand and the waste matter step by step in a double vibration screen(7) so that the separated materials are sorted in two stage using blowers, an underwater conveyor(9) and a belt conveyor(10); transferring waste matter passing through the centrifugal machine(5) to an ascension conveyor(11) so that waste is sorted by a blower(8") at the front of the ascension conveyor(11); and crushing the sorted waste matter in a cone crusher(12) through a belt conveyor(12) so that the crushed waste matter is supplied to a belt conveyor(4) in front of the centrifugal machine(5) using a belt conveyor(14), thereby sorting the waste matter to small grain sizes in multistage so that the sorted waste matter is recycled. |
