PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a manufacturing method for a laminated ceramic component wherein a ceramic coating material is stabilized, the laminated ceramic component using the same and a green sheet used therefor.
SOLUTION : In the manufacturing method, the laminated ceramic component is obtained by mixing a ceramic powder containing at least one selected from the group consisting of an alkali metal element, an alkaline earth metal element and a rare earth element, a solvent and an organic binder to prepare the ceramic coating material, performing sheet-forming, laminating the obtained sheet and subjecting it to thermal binder removal and heat-baking treatment. Here, the ceramic coating material is prepared by using the ceramic powder to which a carbonate group or an oxalate group is adsorbed or by attaching the carbonate group or the oxalate group to the surface of the ceramic powder used. Internal electrode layers (2) are alternately laminated inside an dielectric layer (1), and external electrodes (3) are formed on both ends. |
