PURPOSE : Provided are yellow earth-scoria mortar and concrete and scoria concrete as construction materials which have far infrared emission, high strength and no cracking by using yellow earth and scoria of Jeju island as main materials.
CONSTITUTION : The yellow earth-scoria mortar(10) contains 30-70wt.% of scoria, 30-50wt.% of yellow earth, 0-15wt.% of expansive material such as calcium sulfo aluminate(CSA) and 0-15wt.% of slaked lime, or 30-70wt.% of scoria, 30-50wt.% of yellow earth and 0-30wt.% of binding material such as CSA mineral. The yellow earth-scoria concrete contains 50-90wt.% of scoria, 10-50wt.% of yellow earth and 0-20wt.% of binding material, wherein scoria is 0.08-15mm and yellow earth is 0-0.15mm in size. The scoria concrete contains 400-1100kg/m3 of scoria having a 0.08-5mm size, 300-800kg/m3 of scoria having a 5-10mm size, 300-500kg/m3 of binding material and 0-2wt.%(based on the amount of binding material) of water reducing agent or 300-1300kg/m3 of scoria having a 0.08-2.5mm size, 300-1000kg/m3 of scoria having a 2.5-5mm size, 300-600kg/m3 of binding material and 0-2wt.%(based on the amount of binding material) of water reducing agent. The scoria concrete contains 400-1200kg/m3 of scoria, 200-400kg/m3 of binding material and 0-2%(based on the amount of binding material) of water reducing agent or fluidifying agent.
