SOLUTION : Barium calcium titanium stannate as a multiple oxide represented by the formula (Ba1-x Cax )(Ti1-y Sny )O3 (where 0.01=1, 500 and not causing defects for >=40hr in an electric field having 1.2×10V/mm intensity at 85 deg.C. |
