PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for properly measuring and evaluating the adhesive strength between a magnet surface and a yoke material surface and a permanent magnet assembly with high strength.
SOLUTION : In a test wherein a sample obtained by bonding a rare earth magnet and a metallic material together across an adhesion layer or a sample obtained by bonding a rare earth magnet whose magnet surface is coated and a metallic material together across an adhesion layer has the rare earth magnet and metallic material towed in mutually opposite directions to destroy the adhesion interface of the sample and the adhesive strength is measured from the traction force at this time, a tool for magnet fixation which supports the rare earth magnet side is used. Here, the tool for magnet fixation is in a hollow structure, the rare earth magnet is put in the hollow structure, and the metal material and the tool for magnet fixation are towed. |
