PURPOSE : Provided is a method for preparing an organic compound having a halogen atom combined with the carbon atom bonded by four σ-bondings whose halogen atom is substituted with a substituent derived from a nucleophilic agent in a high yield.
CONSTITUTION : The method comprises the step of reacting a compound represented by MQa and an organic compound having a halogen atom combined with the carbon atom bonded by four σ-bondings as a halogen atom in the presence of a compound represented by the formula 1, to substitute at least one halogen atom of the organic compound with Q, wherein Z- is an anion derived by removing a proton from an inorganic acid or an active hydrogen compound; all Rs are identical or different one another, and are independently a C1-C10 hydrocarbon group or can form a ring together with a nitrogen atom by the combination of two Rs on the same nitrogen atom; M is an alkali metal, an alkaline earth metal or a rare earth metal; Q is a group derived by removing a proton from an inorganic acid or an active hydrogen compound, but is not a halogen atom identical with the halogen atom of the organic compound to be substituted with Q; and a is an integer of 1-3.
