PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To obtain an anisotropic magnet excellent in resistance to heat, weather resisting ability, and magnetic characteristics, by a method, wherein specified quantity of anisotropic R-Fe-B based magnetic powder, resin, liquid quench R-Fe-B based magnetic powder and hard ferrite magnetic powder are compounded and mixed, primary molding is performed to a specified density, and secondary molding is performed at a specified pressure. SOLUTION : Compounded powder, wherein anisotropic R-Fe-B based magneticpowder is 45-98.5% resin is 1-10wt.%, and the compound ratio of liquid rapid quench R-Fe-B based magnetic powder and hard ferrite magnetic powder is adjusted to 2.0/98.0-98.5/1.5 as wt.% is mixed with 0.5-45wt.% to the total of the anisotropic R-Fe-B based magnetic powder. Primary molding is so performed that the density becomes 3-5.7g/cm at a temperature lower than or equal to a resin softening start temperature. After heating is performed at a temperature higher than or equal to the resin softening start temperature and lower than or equal to a resin curing start temperature secondary molding wherein molding pressure is 2-10ton/cm is performed in a magnetic field, and curing treatment is performed.
