PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a low-temperature-firing dielectric porcelain composition that contains particular glass and is capable of performing the simultaneous firing with a conductor having high conductivity such as silver, copper and the like and in which the reduction of Q value due to the incorporation of glass is suppressed, and to provide a process for manufacturing the same.
SOLUTION : The dielectric porcelain composition contains a composition represented by formula : aBaO-bTiO2-cREO3/2-dBiO3/2 and 10-50 pts.mass of ZnO-B2O3-SiO2 type glass represented by formula : kZnO-mB2O3-nSiO2, based on 100 pts.mass of the composition wherein a, b, c and d denote the molar ratio; a+b+c+d=1; 0.09≤a≤0.16; 0.54≤b≤0.62; 0.20≤c≤0.34; 0≤d≤0.10; RE denotes a rare earth metal; and k, m and n denote the content ratio; k+m+n=100 (mass%); 40≤k≤70; 10≤m≤35; and 5≤n≤30. |
