The present invention relates to a reduced earth tilling device that is characterized in that it comprises an agricultural chassis including a special structure for attaching four disc body supports to the frontal and middle portion thereof, said toothed and/or smooth discs forming an earth tilling sweep in two V-sections, the same forming an X-shaped figure, in order to reduce small pieces of the former crop, thereby incorporating the said pieces into the earth at a depth of from about 10 to 15 cm. A digger roller is attached to the chassis rear portion and may alternate its position by means of a pin that is fastened by a lock. The aforesaid roller is useful for breaking up clods that have remained after the earth tilling sweep and beams have been passed, thereby compacting the earth for reducing the ploughed soil. Three beams are attached at the chassis middle portion by means of beam carrier cases, the purpose of said beams is to penetrate the earth within a depth of up to 35 cm i n order to take the hard clods out of the same, so as to crack the soil for increasing the absorption capacity thereof. The disclosure has the advantage of leaving the land prepared to be sown in a single travel, thereby carrying out three simultaneous activities : sweeping, subsoiling and loosening, as well as increasing effectiveness and diminishing land preparation costs, both in time and resources as well as the ploughing soil. |
