PURPOSE : Provided is an advanced waste treatment method for recycling construction waste and landfill waste as recyclable aggregate. CONSTITUTION : The method comprises the steps of inputting solid waste into a vibration hopper(1); separating sand and earth from the solid waste by a centrifugal separator(2); transporting the sand and earth to a conveyer(3); sorting out unnecessary materials from solid waste passed through the centrifugal separator(2) using a first elevation conveyer(4) with a fan at a lower part thereof; crushing the remained solid waste by an impact crusher (jaw crusher)(5); transporting the crushed solid waste to the side conveyer(3) via a conveyer (C1); removing all the metals using a magnet (M) from the mixture; separating sand and earth from the crushed solid waste by a vibration screen(6); and separating unnecessary materials from the solid waste by a second elevation conveyer(7) with a fan at a lower part thereof, thereby acquiring high quality recyclable aggregate. |
