PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a low cost magnetic core having a superior DC superposing characteristic, a core loss characteristic, and a resistance to oxidation, and also to provide an inductance component using it.
SOLUTION : The magnetic core has a gap at least in one position of a magnetic path with its bond magnet : comprising a rare-earth magnet powder having a specific coercivity of not less than 10 kOe, a Tc of not less than 500°C, and average powder grain sizes of 2.5 to 50 μm, and resin; and covered by a heat-resisting paint inserted in the gap. As the heat-resisting paint, one or more of heat-resisting inorganic coating material, a metal oxide inorganic paint, a silicon-fluorinated paint, a pure fluorinated (P.T.P.E) paint, or a silicon system paint are used. The inductance component is composed of the magnetic core and a winding of at least one turn wound around the core. |
