PURPOSE : Provided is a preparation method of filler used in filling space between tunnel/underground establishments and ground by using cake of stone powder. The resultant filler with good stability and workability improves solidity of tunnel/ establishments, decreases tunnel construction costs, and prevents pollution. CONSTITUTION : The filler for space of tunnel/establishments comprises 20-40wt.% of cake of stone powder(<=0.074mm) and 50-60wt.% of crushed sand(fine aggregates : 0.074-4.7mm), generated from the crushing process for production of rocks and aggregates in a rocky mountain, 5-15wt.% of cement, 3-6wt.% of solidifier, 0.2-0.5wt.% of fluidifying agent, 0.2-0.4wt.% of air entraining agent, and 15-30wt.% of water. |
