PURPOSE : Construction interior and exterior materials using charcoal and silica as main materials are provided, which has light weight, heat insulation, far infrared and anion emission, deodorization, electromagnetic wave shield, etc. CONSTITUTION : The manufacturing method comprises the steps of : mixing 40-50% of fined charcoal, 30-40% of silica, and 10% of jade, germanium, silica, volcanic stone, quartz, etc.; adding 0.3-0.5% of polyurethane resin, acryl resin and foamed resin, and 0.1-0.2% of cation agent to improve thermal resistance and bonding force of the mixture; forming and compressing the mixture at 200-300deg.C under pressure of 70-150ton; drying it in the air and cooling; firing it at 700-1200deg.C to increase strength; and coating it with Teflon or glaze. |
