PURPOSE : A device for preventing ore from being stuck onto a drum mixer is provided to improve granulation property of blending raw materials and productivity of sintered ore manufactured by reducing adhesion ore formed on the inner wall of the drum mixer used in mixing and granulating sintering raw materials. CONSTITUTION : In a lift installed at a liner(10) which is an expansion metallic material at the inner part of a drum mixer(1) for mixing and granulating sintering blending materials, the device for preventing ore from being stuck onto the drum mixer is characterized in that a liner(18) of a rubber material is additionally installed at the upper part of the liner(10) inside the drum mixer, the lift(17) having a rubber material at the center of which a bolt hole(19-1) is formed penetrates the liners(10, 18) and coupled to the upper part of the liner(18) by a bolt(19) and a washer(19-2) in a length direction of the drum mixer(1), wherein the rubber material of the lift(17) and the liner(18) is a polyurethane rubber material, and the lift(17) is formed in a polygonal shape on the upper part of which a female groove is formed. |
