Disclosed is a hot pad. The hot pad includes a non-woven fabric having a plurality of pores distributed over a whole area of the non-woven fabric and a heating fabric accommodated in the non-woven fabric and having heating components including iron, activated carbon, table salt and water, which are mixed with each other such that heat is generated when the heating components make contact with air. Magnetic force is applied to iron of the heating components in order to activate hemoglobin contained in blood of a human body. When the hot pad is attached to the human body, a synergistic action of a hot temperature of the hot pad and the magnetic filed generated from iron is realized, thereby effectively stimulating blood points and blood paths of the human body. Therefore, hemoglobin is re-aligned in blood of ferromagnetic substances so that the circulation of blood and metabolism in the human body is promoted. Thus, effete matters accumulated in the human body are effectively removed and an autonomic nerve system of the human body is effectively activated while achieving sedation against neuralgia and muscle pain. The hot pad is effectively used for treating not only stress-induced muscle stiffness or gastrointestinal disorder, but also sprain or swelling of muscles. |
