PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an optical fiber laser which suppresses oscillation in the side of a long wavelength.
SOLUTION : In the optical fiber laser equipped with at least an exciting light source 10 and a rare earth elements adding fiber 14 to oscillate a laser beam, outgoing light from the exciting light source 10 is entered into the rare earth elements adding fiber 14, to adjust the bending radius R of the rare earth elements adding fiber 14 and suppress the generation of unnecessary light in the side of the long wavelength. The wavelength of the exciting light is specified so as to be in the band of wavelength 0.97 μm, and the wavelength of the oscillating light is specified so as to be in the band of 0.55 μm. |
