PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To realize a rare gas polarizer device for quantitatively and certainly supplying a rare gas in a super-polarized state and an inhalation substance to a subject to perform imaging, and a magnetic resonance imaging system.
SOLUTION : The inhalation substance such as gaseous xenon, oxygen or the like held to a super-polarized state in a gas bag is supplied to a mask part 210 held to a hermetically sealed state and the positive or negative pressure in the interval space of the mask part 210 in the exhalation or inhalation of the subject 1 is detected by a diaphragm 220. The exhaustion from the internal space or the suction of the inhalation substance such as xenon, oxygen or the like into the internal space is performed based on the above detection. By this constitution, gaseous xenon held to the super-polarized state is not leaked to the open air before inhaled by the subject 1 and supplied quantitatively at an almost constant flow velocity. Further, the inhalation substance such as oxygen or the like is certainly supplied to the subject 1 and high safety is also realized. |
