PURPOSE : Provided is a method of producing organic acid fermentation liquid for use in a biological denitrification process using distillery waste and earth worm cast, wherein the method is capable of increasing solubility and fermentation efficiency of organic waste and reducing stench by adding distillery waste and earthworm cast to a fermentation process. CONSTITUTION : The method comprises the steps of pretreating organic waste by removing deleterious particles and foreign matters from organic waste; adding alkali agent into the pretreated organic waste; hydrolyzing and acid-fermenting the organic waste to produce acid fermentation liquid(11); introducing the acid fermentation liquid, distillery waste(12) with microorganisms and earthworm cast(13) to a mixing tank(31), thereby preparing a mixture; preparing microorganism solution by cultivating microorganisms in the mixture in the mixing tank; introducing decant water of the mixing tank to a storage tank(37); and feeding the decant water stored in the storage tank to the organic waste before hydrolyzing. |
