PURPOSE : A washing system of a roasting grill is provided to automatically wash, dry and run the roasting grill with oil and to minimize the consumed amount of washing water by recycling the used washing water.CONSTITUTION : A receiving device(100) receives a roasting grill(1) to face the front face upward. A front face washing device(200) brushes the front face of the roasting grill with a brush(210) while injecting washing water in a high pressure. An inverting device(300) turns over the roasting grill from the front face washing device. A rear face washing device(400) brushes the rear face of the roasting grill with a brush(410) while injecting washing water in a high-pressure. A re-inverting device(500) turns over the roasting grill from the rear washing device again. A rinsing device(600) rinses the front face of the roasting grill by injecting the washing water in a high-pressure. A drying device(700) dries the front face of the roasting grill by injecting air in a high-pressure. A discharging device(800) wipes the wetness in the front face of the roasting grill and rub with oil. A first water tank(910) collects the used water in the front face washing device and the rear face washing device and supplies the collected water to the front face washing device and the rear face washing device. A second water tank(920) collects the used water in the rinsing device and supplies the collected water to the rinsing device.
