PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a manufacturing method of a laminated film of a propylenic random copolymer superior in anti-blocking property and rare to be deteriorated in a low temperature heat sealing performance caused by a corona treatment, and also superior in a transparency.
SOLUTION : In the method of manufacturing the laminated film, the propylenic random copolymer comprising propylene component and a 4-10Cα-olefine component is produced by using a catalyst system containing (1) a transition metal compound of group IV having cyclopentadienyl ring, (2) a compound made to be a stable anion by reacting with the transition metal compound, and (3) an organo-aluminum compound as indispensable components. The laminated film is produced by laminating a propylenic random copolymer containing (A) content of an α-olefine component of 6-40 wt.%, having (B) an intrinsic viscosity of 0.45≤[η]≤5.0dl/g determined in tetralin at 135°C, and (C) a specified relationship between a melting temperature and a xylene soluble fraction at 20°C with a base layer of a crystalline polypropylene. |
