PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an organic-inorganic hybrid vitreous material capable of solving the problem that there is no vitreous material satisfying heat resistance, air tight performance and a low melting point characteristic simultaneously and being made transparent and colorless heretofore, and to provide a method of manufacturing the organic-inorganic hybrid vitreous material.
SOLUTION : In the method of manufacturing the organic-inorganic hybrid vitreous material, the organic-inorganic hybrid vitreous material containing at least one of materials expressed by MO-RSiO3/2 and MO-R2SiO is manufactured by heating a compound comprising a metal alkoxide and a bivalent metal M (at least one kind selected from Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba and Sr) at ≥40°C and ≤100°C for ≥30 min and ≤10 hr. Or the organic inorganic hybrid vitreous material contains at least one kind of RnSiO(4-n)/2 (Rn : an organic functional group and (n) is 1-3), oxides of Nb, Zr and Ti, transition metal ions of V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu and Zn and rare earth ions of Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm and Yb and an organic dyestuff. |
