PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To mass-produce permanent magnets exhibiting a high coercive force and magnetization while containing a little amount of rare-earth elements and also having excellent squareness of a demagnetizing curve. SOLUTION : This nanocomposite magnet has a compositional formula expressed by (Fe1-mTm)100-x-y-z-w-n(B1-pCp)xRyTizVwMn(wherein, T is one or more kinds of elements selected from the group consisting of Co and Ni; R is a rare-earth metal element; and M is one or more kinds of elements selected from the group consisting of Al, Si, Cr, Mn, Cu, Zn, Ga, Nb, Zr, Mo, Ag, Ta, and W). Composition ratios (atomic ratio) x, y, z, w, n, m, and p satisfy 102Fe14B type crystal structure and a soft magnetic phase. At least one of a coercive force and a maximum magnetic energy product is improved by 1% or more, compared with those in the state in which V is not added. COPYRIGHT : (C)2004, JPO |
