PURPOSE : To provide an apparatus for measuring line resistance and insulation resistance in a plurality of temperature detectors for detecting temperature of a bottom part of blast furnace to judge whether the temperature detectors are normal or not and improve accuracy of the temperature detectors.
CONSTITUTION : The apparatus for measuring resistance of temperature detector in bottom part of blast furnace comprises n thermocouples(30) in which two parallel wires(30b, 30c) are installed, the two wires are formed of different metals, one ends of the two wires are connected to each other, and a connection part between one ends of the two wires is inserted into brick in a lower part of the blast furnace so that electromotive force is generated by heat applied to the connection part; a temperature conversion part(32) for converting electromotive force generated from the thermocouples into a temperature value; a line resistance measuring part(36) connected to the other ends of two wires of the thermocouples to measure line resistance between two wires of the thermocouples; an insulation resistance measuring part(39) connected to the other ends of the respective wires of the thermocouples and an earth to measure insulation resistance between the wires of the thermocouples and the earth; and an indication part(40) for indicating the line resistance and the insulation resistance measured in the line resistance measuring part and the insulation resistance measuring part.
