PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To prevent the degeneration of air (g) blowing up and the hook of a linear material to a hole 20 of a vibration body 2.
SOLUTION : The subject specific gravity difference separator blows up the air (g) from the lower direction of the tilted vibration body 2, and respectively feeds a heavy weight material (b) of a waste material (a) from the upper waste material introduction section 4 thereof in the upper end direction of the vibration body and a light weight material (c) thereof in the lower end direction of the vibration body. The vibration body 2 is formed of a number of recessed parts 21. An air blowing up hole 20 is provided to a side wall in a feed direction of the waste material at the recessed part. Since the hole 20 is present at both side walls of the recessed part, even if a linear body such as a wire arrives at the recessed part 21, it is difficult that the linear body enters in the hole 20 and it is extremely rare that the linear body drops from the hole. Further, even if the linear body enters in the hole, it easily comes out from the recessed part by vibration of the vibration body, and a selection action is carried out due to air separation and vibration. When the heavy weight material (b) is transported in an upper direction by an up stand section 2a of the vibration body 2, the recessed part is effectively affected with the heavy weight material (b) due to the recess and the protrusion, a lift action is smoothly carried out, and the transportation action is smooth. |
