The present invention relates to a samsung powder gin compound with the addition of a heavy rare earth metal and a method for making it thereof. Ca11Sb10, a conventional binary gin vector compound, showed positive electrode conduction behavior and had a low Zebec coefficient, so there was a disadvantage of showing low thermoelectric efficiency. The present invention synthesized a new kind of Samsung gin powder compound by performing n-type doping using a rare earth metal having a heavy raw material amount in Ca11Sb10, a binary gin compound. The samsung powder gin mill compound of the present invention not only controls the positive electroconduction behavior as rare earth metals are doped to Ca, but also has the effect of showing improved thermoelectric performance by having a complex crystal structure. |
