The present invention relates to a method of producing a sintered magnet substance belonging to a rare earth permanent magnet region and based on a kind of coercive force R-Fe-B. The production method of the present invention is to use an R-Fe-B-based sintered magnetic body having a thickness of 1 to 15 mm and then uniformly coats mixed paste, made of ultrafine terbium powder, organic solvent and antioxidant having a size of 1 to 2.5 μ m of powder average granularity SMD, on a surface of the magnetic substance, and simultaneously performs the heat treatment thereon. The method of the present invention can increase the coercive force of a magnetic substance to be greater than 10 kOe (>10kOe) and make the residual magnet smaller than 0.2 kGs.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018 |
