PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To increase the content of rare earth magnet powder contained in a rare earth bond magnet which is equipped in an electric-motor element and a rotator of the electric-motor, and improve magnetic characteristics.
SOLUTION : An electric-motor element 14 has a substantially cylindrical stator 1, and a rotator 2 which is held freely rotatably on an inner side of the stator 1. A shaft hole 3 is provided at the center of the rotator 2, and the rotator 2 and the shaft are fixed in the state where a shaft (not shown) is inserted into the shaft hole 3. The stator 1 has : a substantially cylindrical yoke part 4; a magnetic core 7 of the stator having a teeth part 5 extending on an inner side of the yoke part 4; and a wound body 6 which is provided by winding an insulated wire to each of the teeth part 5. Holes 11 of the rotator 2 have bond magnet parts 10. The bond magnet parts 10 contain rare earth magnet powder and a component of a coating layer of the rare earth magnet powder, and the component of the coating layer is lubricant having cationic polymer and carboxyl group.
