PURPOSE : A GPS(Global Positioning Service) anti-jamming device for a mobile communication base station and a system including the same are provided to control errors in a mobile communication network by controlling the GPS reception offset of a synchronization device based on the operation information of the anti-jamming device. CONSTITUTION : An anti-jamming module(214) eliminates a GPS jamming signal from a GPS reception signal in a digital frequency filtering method. A delay time measuring unit(218) measures delay time generated by eliminating the GPS jamming signal. A communication modem(216) provides the measured delay time to a synchronization device(300) of a mobile communication base station. The synchronization device generates the synchronization signal by using a GPS signal compensated by the measured delay time.
