简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide : a catalyst composition which improves initial reactivity of polyurethane foam, reduces density of polyurethane foam, and provides extremely low-odor polyurethane foam; and a method of producing rigid polyurethane foam using the catalyst composition.SOLUTION : Polyurethane foam is produced using a catalyst composition containing : a methylated polyethylenepolyamine (A) represented by the general formula (1) in the figure [In the formula, Rto Rrepresent methyl groups, Rand Reach independently represent a methyl group or an N, N-dimethylaminoethyl group; if Rand Rare both methyl groups or both N, N-dimethylaminoethyl groups, m+n is an integer from 2 to 4, and otherwise m+n is an integer from 1 to 3; Rto Rmay be arbitrarily coupled to from a heterocyclic structure comprising a piperazine ring]; and a tertiary amine compound (B) having at least one hydroxyalkyl group in each molecule.
