The present invention relates to a valve seat of a copper alloy material and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a valve seat of a copper alloy material having an inclined structural surface and a manufacturing method thereof including nickel, iron, silicon, chrome, and a super hard particle generating element since a main component of an alloy material of a valve seat is copper. Moreover, the valve seat of a copper alloy material having an inclined structural surface is capable of securing weldability and wear resistance by having an inclined composite layer including a carbon fiber and a carbon nanotube etc. on one side of the alloy material. More specifically, the present invention provides the copper alloy material for a valve seat with an inclined structural surface having the following features : the alloy material where a main component is copper includes 5.0-24.0 wt% of nickel, 3.0-15.0 wt% of iron, 0.5-5.0 wt% of silicon, and 0.3-1.3 wt% of chromium; the alloy material contains 1.0-15.0 wt% of more than one among zirconium, titanium, yttrium, and aluminum which are a super hard particle generating element, or contains 1.0-15.0 wt% of more than one among cobalt, vanadium, tungsten, and molybdenum; and an inclined composite layer including a carbon fiber and a carbon nanotube on one side of the alloy material is formed. |
