The present invention relates to a composition for increasing chitosan contents in animals comprising Rhizopus oligosporus and rare earth minerals, and a preparation method thereof. The composition according to the present invention is prepared by the following steps : liquid-culturing Rhizopus oligosporus; decomposing chitin powder using the liquid cultured Rhizopus oligosporus to produce chitosan; mixing the resulting chitosan-containing culture of Rhizopus oligosporus with grains and rare earth minerals and solid fermenting the mixture; and drying and crushing the solid fermented product. The composition of the present invention is effective in increasing the chitosan contents in animals. |
