简介 |
The present invention provides an upconversion (UC) nanophosphor in which Cr^(3+) is co-doped on NaAGdF_4 : B_1 and B_2, wherein A is a lanthanide element, and B_1 and B_2 are rare-earth elements that are different from each other. The UC nanophosphor according to the present invention induces phase transition of a nanophosphor crystal phase from a cubic phase to a hexagonal phase and enables Cr^(3+) to function as a sensitizer for transferring energy to the rare-earth elements (B_1 and B_2) that are different from each other by co-doping the lanthanide element and Cr^(3+) on NaAGdF_4 : B_1 and B_2, and exhibits excellent UC fluorescence characteristics by shortening a gap between ions of Cr^(3+) and the rare-earth elements which are adjacent to each other such that quantum yield is improved 20 times or more by multi-photon process of Cr^(3+) and the rare-earth elements. Further, the UC nanophosphor according to the present invention not only can produce a nanophosphor in which the hexagonal phase is predominant even at low temperatures, but also lowers agglomeration of particles such that a nanophosphor with a small particle size can be produced.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018 |
