The decoration part (5) comprises : 29.00 parts by weight of cerium; 0.25 part by weight of lutetium; 19.94 parts by weight of yttrium; 0.21 part by weight of scandium; 3.82 parts by weight of praseodymium; 14.79 parts by weight of neodymium; 3.56 parts by weight of samarium; 0.21 part by weight of europium; 3.68 parts by weight of gadolinium; 0.65 part by weight of terbium; 4.18 parts by weight of dysprosium; 0.83 part by weight of holmium; 2.41 parts by weight of erbium; 0.34 part by weight of thulium; 2.04 parts by weight of ytterbium; and 14.10 parts by weight of lanthanum.
